Their range extends beyond facial care to include body moisturizers, exfoliating soaps, and muscle repair creams.
Each product is formulated to support the skin’s health amidst the demands of an active lifestyle, ensuring users can maintain their regimen without compromise.

Rapid-Testing for Product-Market Fit
We initiated our journey by developing hypotheses about our fitness audience and their skincare needs.
We understand that at launch stage, speed of implementation will decision everything - launched targeted marketing campaigns, focusing on digital channels to quickly reach our audience to get data
Throughout this process, we closely monitored key metrics such as conversion rates, CAC & AOV
We iterated on our product and marketing strategy rapidly. This approach enabled us to refine our offerings and target market effectively, setting the stage for scaling our operations confidently after identifying a strong product-market fit.
Through this process, we found out 3x Winning Products - The SPF 50+, Vitamin C Serum & Refresh Dry Shampoo based on lowest CAC
Creative Iteration for Scaling on Meta & TikTok
We needed a fast way to come up with and improve the best creative ideas!

- Diversifying creative format (static, videos, slide shows, animation)

Process:
- We started testing angles with Static Ads,
- After confirming the angle, we then developed video ad creative based on the winning angles tested
- We then developed 3x thumbstopping hooks for split-testing
- Once identified the winning hook, we moved to testing video content to reduce video-view drop off
- Next, with the winning combination of hook and content, we started split-testing different offers at the end of the video creativeOnce we confirmed the hook-content-offer combination, we started testing the final video ad creative with 3x ad copies and 3x headlines on Meta Ads
- Repeat the process for net-new creative
Landing Page Testing
After sorting out the ad campaigns, we then moved our attention towards the website conversion rate.
We found out that the current product page that we used was resulting a lower conversion rate, which is a critical issue that we need to solve
We then developed a hypothesis that skincare customers usually spend more time reading content about the product before purchasing, which our product page
Based on this assumption, we developed 2x Landing Pages
- an eCommerce Product Landing Page
- an Advertorial piece with long-form written content and add the Buy Box at the bottom of the article
We then launched a split-test to split the traffic 33/33/33 between product page, landing page and advertorial,
The test result from $5000 spend showed that the conversion rate of traffic landing on the advertorial was highest at 4.73%, followed by 4.25% on landing page and 2.42% on product page
We then developed 2x more advertorial for each winning products and started split-testing advertorial Headlines
Key Learning: The result of landing page testing allowed us to increase the ROAS from 1.14 to 1.9
